Lynette Atchley


most recent solo shows, Flawed Growth at Grindstone Gallery in San Antonio and Creature Comfort at the Cliff Gallery in Dallas, TX. Her artwork consist of a multitude of materials and skills including functional and sculptural ceramics, wood fabrication, drawing/painting, printmaking, and installations. Lynette is currently an adjunct instructor at Colleges and Universities in the Oklahoma area, where she resides and creates from her home studio. 

Lynette Atchley has a BFA from the University of Central Oklahoma, where she received an Award of Excellence from the College of Fine Arts and Design. Lynette received an MFA from the University of Texas, San Antonio. At UTSA, she received the opportunity to teach studio art courses, as well as numerous awards including The Carlos/Malu Alvarez Fellowship, and The Steve Reynolds Scholarship in Ceramics.
